What We Do

Five services.
One standard.

01

Fleet Programs

Recurring scheduled detail programs for commercial vehicle fleets of all types and sizes. Whether you operate 10 units or 200, we build a cycle that keeps every asset presentation-ready. Service comes to your yard, lot, or facility — no disruption to dispatch schedules. Our team integrates with your operations calendar to ensure zero workflow interference on every service day.

02

Aircraft Detailing

Full interior and exterior aircraft detailing performed inside the hangar with strict FOD awareness and ramp protocol compliance. We work on piston singles, turboprops, business jets, and charter fleets. Corrosion inhibitor treatments, brightwork polishing, and cabin deep-clean included on extended programs. All chemistry is aviation-safe and cleared for use near avionics and composite surfaces.

03

Ceramic Coating

Professional-grade ceramic protection applied to fleet vehicles and aircraft surfaces. 9H hardness ratings, hydrophobic chemistry, and UV-blocking compounds that extend repaint intervals and reduce wash frequency across entire fleets. All surface prep and decontamination included. Applied with the same rigor on unit one as on unit one hundred — because standards should not change with scale.

04

Paint Correction + Brightwork

Multi-stage machine paint correction using dual-action and rotary systems to remove swirl marks, oxidation, and marring from fleet vehicle panels. Brightwork polishing restores aluminum and chrome trim to OEM luster. Final protection applied after every correction service. Ideal for fleets preparing for rebranding, photography, or high-visibility client-facing deployment.

Recurring Service Plans

The core of how Golden operates. Instead of one-time cleanings, we build recurring detail programs scoped to your fleet or aircraft — weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly cadences that keep every asset presentation-ready year-round. Locked pricing, scheduled cycles, and a digital service report after every visit. This is where fleets and FBOs get the most value, and where the standard never slips between cycles.

Aviation Division

On every ramp.
In every hangar.

We understand that an aircraft is not a car. Our aviation team is trained in hangar environment procedures, active ramp awareness, and the use of aviation-safe chemistry that will not compromise avionics seals, aircraft coatings, or composite surfaces.

Every aircraft service begins with a condition assessment, surface-specific chemical selection, and a clear protocol briefed to your line or maintenance team. We operate in coordination with FBO staff and follow all applicable ramp safety requirements at each field.

We service everything from flight school fleets, corporate jets, and helicopters, coordinating with MRO facilities and charter operations at airports throughout the valley.

Aviation Drywash — Zero Runoff — FAA-conscious waterless wash that keeps contaminants out of ramp storm drains while protecting paint, brightwork, and composite surfaces
FOD Protocol Compliance — pre-service and post-service FOD walks at all ramp locations
Aviation-Safe Chemistry — no chlorinated solvents, no silicone near seals, pH-controlled wash compounds
Hangar Procedure Aware — we work around your maintenance schedule and aircraft availability windows
Brightwork Restoration — polished aluminum leading edges, spinner cones, and exhaust stacks
Interior Deep Clean — upholstery, carpet, avionics panel, leather surfaces, and cabin trim
Recurring Programs — monthly, bi-weekly, or custom cadence aligned to your flight operations calendar
Compliance & Coverage — $2M general liability with certificates on request; aviation-safe chemistry and airport environmental standards on every visit
Why Golden

Three things we will
never compromise.

Mobile by Design

We come to you — every time. Our mobile units carry commercial-grade equipment, water supplies, and chemistry specific to each job type. There are no drop-off appointments, no waiting lists, and no facility overhead passed to the client. Your operation keeps running while we work around it. That is the point of a commercial detailing partner.

Faith-Built Integrity

Golden was built on the belief that integrity in business is not optional. We give you accurate assessments, honest timelines, and straightforward pricing. We will tell you when a service is not necessary. We will tell you when a vehicle needs something beyond detailing. The foundation of this company is a commitment to doing right by every client, every service cycle. All Glory To God.

Aviation-Grade Expertise

The same chemicals trusted in certified aviation maintenance environments — on every surface we touch. pH-balanced, material-specific compounds that protect clearcoats, anodized aluminum, rubber seals, and composite panels. No dilution shortcuts. No generic car wash soap. The drywash process we use meets the safety standards of the FAA and the efficiency you need, because standards should not change based on aircraft type.

How It Works

From first call
to recurring.

Built Around Your Operation

We do not sell packages off a shelf. Every Golden program is designed after we understand your fleet composition, facility access, operational hours, and image standards.

Commercial accounts can be onboarded within two weeks of initial contact. Site assessment visits are complimentary and come with a written program recommendation and preliminary schedule.

Once a program is active, you receive digital service reports, condition flags, and documentation suitable for fleet maintenance records — every cycle tracked and on record.

01
Step One
Site Assessment

We visit your facility, yard, FBO, or hangar at no charge. We assess the asset inventory — vehicle types, quantities, surface conditions, and current maintenance schedules. We walk your site to understand access logistics, water supply availability, and preferred service windows. You receive a written summary of findings and a recommended program structure within 2 business days.

02
Step Two
Custom Program Design

Based on the site assessment, we build a custom service program specifying which services apply to which asset types, establishing a recurring cadence that fits your operations, and setting measurable quality standards. You review and approve the program before any work begins. Adjustments are always available as your fleet changes.

03
Step Three
Recurring Service Cycle

Your program runs on schedule. Our team arrives, executes, and departs without interrupting your operations. You receive digital service reports with condition notes and photos for every session. Any items flagged during service — damage, mechanical concerns, surface deterioration — are documented and communicated immediately. Your assets stay clean, protected, and documented, cycle after cycle.

The Standard

What every program gets.

Written scope before we touch an asset — services, frequency, and price agreed up front. No surprise line items, ever. Your operations team knows exactly what is happening, when, and at what cost, before the first cycle runs.

The Program Standard
01 — Scope in Writing

A finish report with timestamped photos after every cycle — services performed, condition flags, anything we noticed that your maintenance team should know. You see exactly what was done, asset by asset, without leaving your desk.

The Program Standard
02 — Documented Cycles

Month-to-month programs. If we don't keep the standard, you can walk — that is the accountability we choose to work under. We would rather earn your review on every cycle than borrow somebody else's words for this page.

Common Questions

Before you call.

We work with commercial fleet operations starting at five vehicles. There is no maximum fleet size — programs scale from 10-unit single sites to 100+ unit multi-site operations. If your operation has a consistent need for recurring detail service and a preference for working with a professional program rather than individual detail appointments, contact us for a complimentary site assessment.

We service KSDL (Scottsdale), KCHD (Chandler), KFFZ (Falcon Field), KDVT (Deer Valley), KGYR (Goodyear), and Pegasus Airpark (5AZ3), and we are able to service aircraft at other Arizona airports and private airstrips with prior coordination. Each new airport location requires a brief site review to understand FBO relationships, access procedures, and any facility-specific requirements. Contact us with your airport identifier and we will confirm availability and scheduling options.

We operate fully self-contained mobile units that carry water, pressure equipment, chemistry, and power supply. For large fleet programs, we coordinate with your facilities team on water access points, parking surface logistics, and service window timing. Fleet programs are designed to complete your service cycle within agreed time windows without disrupting your dispatch or operations schedule.

Site assessments are complimentary with no obligation. During a site assessment we inspect your current fleet or aircraft inventory, document surface conditions, photograph any notable existing damage or paint concerns, evaluate facility logistics, and discuss your operational schedule. You receive a written program recommendation within 2 business days that outlines proposed services, cadence, and logistics, all before any commitment is made.

Every service session generates a digital report including services performed, any condition flags observed, and timestamped photos. Reports are delivered to you after every visit. Fleet and aviation operators can use these records as supplemental documentation for their own maintenance and asset management programs, and can be exported at any time in PDF format.
